 Creativity is making marvellous out of the discarded. 

Best out of waste simply means to make or to bring out something innovative and attractive things from the material we do not use anymore.

Talented DPsites too used their creativity and made beautiful, useful and attractive items from the discarded items. They presented the best example to show 3R's -Reuse, Reuse and Recycle by creating artwork on waste glass, plastic bottles and craftwork using paper strips, feathers, rings etc. Efforts of students were worth appreciable.

 Variations possible: Students can create planters, bird feeders, wall hangings, table decor, wall decor, cards and many more articles using waste generated at homes.

Now the children will write 1-31, Sunday- Saturday, January- December on the small cut outs of the papers and will put them into the respective pockets.Now the calendar is ready to use. The children will write  the year and will decorate it as per their wish.This activity will give an opportunity to the children  to work on learning order of days of the week and also to realize that days go in a continuous cycle.

LEARNING OUTCOMES - The students were able to learn about how respiratory organs work, where the air goes in our body when we breathe in.

DESCRIPTION - This activity demonstrates when we breathe in where the air goes inside our body. The teacher explained the respiratory system through the story. Later children were guided to make lungs with sheets, trachea with the help of straws and for lungs, they tied the balloons on the other end of the straw. By filling the air in the balloon through a straw they experienced that when we breathe in oxygen our lungs expand and when we breathe out carbon dioxide our lungs contract.
