Description- The students were supposed to prepare models of different body parts. For a few projects, they were supposed to use waste materials. 

Learning Outcomes-By learning about the different systems working inside the body, you can understand how everything works together to keep you healthy, growing, and strong. An important aspect of encouraging body learning is that it helps children develop an appreciation for their body and confidence in themselves which motivates them to reach new heights.

Learning Outcome -

Students will learn how to identify the date, months & days.

Description  - 

The children will fold an A4 size mount board and will paste an A4 size Coloured sheet on it.Now with the guidance of the teacher three pockets(A4 sheet divided into 4 parts vertically)will be made by the students and will write Date , days and months in each of the pocket respectively. Now the children will write 1-31, Sunday- Saturday, January- December on the small cut outs of the papers and will put them into the respective pockets.Now the calendar is ready to use. The children will write  the year and will decorate it as per their wish.This activity will give an opportunity to the children  to work on learning order of days of the week and also to realize that days go in a continuous cycle.

When we speak people tend to ignore us. But when we approach them wearing bright make-up, colourful dresses and use mime language as tool to communicate, they get curious about what are we doing. 

Mime is a theatrical art which catches the attention of the people like movie does. It is the best way of giving message by playing a role of character with  beautiful expressions. In this Mime a child is trying to explain the traffic rules by enacting the accident and precautions to be taken on the road through an activity   "Alert today – Alive Tomorrow" EVS is concerned  with understanding human , social and cultural dimensions.

Variation Possible It can also be showcased through beautiful posters with slogans, dance and music art can also be used to spread awareness among people.

Description: 'A clay pot exposed in the sun will always go through the white heat of the furnace to become porcelain' .To enhance the topic , Pottery , Clay Modelling activity was conducted for the students of Class lll, they used clay to make beautiful pottery items by different methods of clay modelling.Students understood various methods of making pottery items by this hands on activity.
Variations possible: A flow chart of the steps involved in making a pottery item can be made by the students . Decorating a pottery item will enhance their skills of art.

Description: In this activity the students were instructed to construct bird feeders and hand to a tree near their house. Here children use different materials like water bottles, nuts and seeds for feeding birds, popsicle sticks, paint colours and decorative items to construct their bird feeder. They were shown a video as demo by the teacher. Then, they were suggested to make their own bird feeders to their creativity.
